When you purchase a certificate, after payment is validated, you will get an email containing a unique PIN that is to be used during the checkout process - that's the certificate number, or PIN. You will receive that e-mail within 24 hours after purchase. How to Redeem Gift Certificate: 1. Direct the recipient to go to www.buysoftball360.com 2. Shop as usual and add the desired item(s) to the shopping cart 3. During the checkout process you will encounter a step that asks for Discount Codes. Enter the PIN Number from the certificate there. The value of the certificate will be applied towards your purchase. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be available for a later purchase using the same PIN. If the purchase is greater than the amount of the certificate you will be prompted for payment for that balance. Only ONE Gift Certificate can be used per purchase.
